1. Agreement

By accessing the Cybroxa website or using services provided by Cybroxa Private Limited (“Cybroxa”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Cybroxa provides cloud infrastructure and hosting-related services, including but not limited to VPS, VDS, dedicated servers, game server hosting, and related technology solutions. Specific product terms, SLAs, and pricing are governed by your order and the customer portal at dash.cybroxa.com.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

Use of services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Prohibited activities include illegal content, abuse of networks, unauthorized access, and interference with other customers.

5. Billing and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are defined in the customer portal. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, and software provided by Cybroxa remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your content and data, subject to our need to operate the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cybroxa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Aggregate liability is limited as set out in your service agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated via the website or customer portal.
