Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines prohibited and restricted uses of Cybroxa services. Violation may result in suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities or content under applicable law
Unauthorized access, hacking, or distribution of malware
Network abuse, including DDoS attacks or open proxies used for abuse
Spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
Infringement of intellectual property rights
Hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material
Activities that interfere with other customers or Cybroxa systems

3. Resource Abuse

You must not use resources in a way that degrades service for others or exceeds fair use of the plan you purchased, as defined in the customer portal.

4. Enforcement

Cybroxa may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, suspension, or termination. We may report illegal activity to authorities where required.

5. Reporting

Report abuse via the Support page or channels listed in the Client Area.
